Forensic Science

Students will read about crime scene investigations and participate in labs that will simulate actual CSI lab investigations.  The course work covers history of criminology, crime scene evidence, toxicology, DNAevidence, serology, fingerprints, firearms, drugs and microscope use.
Since understanding of lab procedures, basic chemistry and physics are necessary for success in this class, physical science is a prerequisite.
